As our Area Sales Manager / Account Manager you will be required to sell technical equipment and fluid handling solutions into the pharmaceutical, nuclear, and chemical manufacturing sectors. Travelling throughout the South West of the UK you will recognise the key skills in becoming a trusted advisor to our customers. We will also welcome applications from Internal Sales professionals who are looking for their first step into external sales. This is a Field Sales / Account Manager role that offers you the opportunity to take on a territory sales role where your technical/engineering industry experience will be utilised. As our Area Sales Manager / Account Manager you will:A Manage and grow your sales territory by building on existing relationships and product portfolios.A Split your time between account management (60) and new business development (40)A Have experience of selling into the nuclear, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.A Use your technical acumen to provide solution:based sales. Training and Development : Extensive training will be given in relation to our technical product range and solutions. PERSON SPECIFICATION : Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager : Pumps / Chemical In an ideal world, we will be talking to driven sales professionals with some kind of exposure to the pump/fluid handling systems selling into any of the manufacturing, chemical, nuclear, or pharmaceutical industries. You will:A Have an excellent track record in sales, enjoying being out on the road, meeting customers, selling technical solutions, and making an impact every day.A Regularly update our CRM system with accuracy and detail, collaborating with the support team at our Head Office.A Be a forward thinking, determined sales professional, adept at new business development utilising your interpersonal skills to account manage effectively.
