They are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Assistant Manager to embark a new challenge as Store Manager. Responsibilities of the Store Manager : 1 st time appointment: * Inspire and lead the team by setting an example of excellence.* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and mutual respect.* Recruit, train, mentor, and manage staff members.* Handle performance management and disciplinary actions when necessary.* Organize team meetings to celebrate successes and address challenges.* Ensure every customer feels valued and satisfied.* Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and forecasting.* Monitor and reduce operational costs, such as COGS and labour.* Analyse sales data to optimize staff schedules for cost management.* Ensure food and beverages meet high:quality standards. About the Store Manager : 1 st time appointment: * Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in a QSR/Counter service operation. * Exceptional communication and leadership skills.* Customer service orientation.* Strong understanding of business financials.* Strategic decision:making skills.* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.* Passionate about desserts and product innovation.
