Due to an internal resignation, a Production Supervisor is required to work a permanent night shift for a sheet metal manufacturing business in Telford, Shropshire. The Production Supervisor role comes with a favourable salary up to A GBP 35,000 per annum and many excellent benefits. As a Production Supervisor, you will work within a busy manufacturing environment, working alongside the Senior Managers, managing a team of up to 20. As a Production Supervisor, you will be required to: * Ensure that production targets are met and achieved* Plan work schedules* Create production plans and issue customer orders to the production team* Monitor and report on KPIs. for this Production Supervisor role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include: * Previous experience within the sheet metal industry* Relevant experience in a previous role* Experience reading and understanding technical drawings* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
