Mechanical Maintenance Engineer : HammersmithLocation:HammersmithSalary: GBP 47,000 + Plenty of OvertimeHours :Monday to Friday Days 8AM : 5PM Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in Hammersmith. PRS are currently recruiting for anMechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a Large Commercial Offce Complex located in Hammersmith. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M and E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this large static singe person site. Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. In return the company are offering a competitive salary of GBP 47,000, overtime and the chance to work at this very unique and interesting site. Duties: : Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks : Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks : Lighting (Small installation, Fault:finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution) : Emergency lighting : Air Conditioning : Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) : Chillers : Re:set : Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) : Plumbing : Unblocking toilets : BMS System : Monitor (i.e. Hot and Colds) : Daikin VRV servicing. Requirements: : Trade trained with ideally 3 years experience in the building services : City and Guilds Qualified Mechanical : Has the will and desire to succeed and learn : Good building services knowledge : A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance : Excellent customer service skills : Happy to cover a large site Package: : 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays : Pension Scheme : Healthcare : First class Training : Excellent People Culture : Fantastic Progression opportunities
