Restaurant Manager - Upscale Sushi RestaurantSalary: 60,000 - 60,000 + Benefits + Discounts + PTO + more Location: Las Vegas, NVI am working with a upscale Sushi Restaurant that is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their team and help run restaurant operations. You will be part of offering a vibrant fusion of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisine, providing guests with an innovative and lively dining experience.Responsibilities:Ensures adherence to restaurant policies, standards, and procedures.Runs and interprets necessary reports to maintain smooth operations.Ensures adequate staffing to meet guest service requirements, operational needs, and financial goals.Monitors actual and projected sales on a daily basis to stay on target.Comprehends budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports to assist in financial management.Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar management roleIn depth knowledge of food and beverage programsKnowledge of Latin and Asian cuisine a plusStrong financial and inventory understanding Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team building, staff development, and fostering a positive work cultureIf you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Dylan todayCOREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
