They are seeking a Chef de Partie who demonstrate original thinking and a desire to be part of one of the one of the most dynamic companies in the luxury industry.Responsibilities:Prepare, cook, and present dishes within the designated section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency.Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they understand and follow recipes and food safety procedures.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations, in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.Collaborate with other kitchen departments and communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen management to ensure smooth service.Assist in the development and implementation of hygiene and quality control procedures to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.Key Requirements: 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role at a luxury hotelProven leadership experience in a professional kitchenCaribbean experienceKnowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchenKnowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen.If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Danny todayCOREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
