Estate Management : Carpenter Location: Gaydon Pay rate: Umbrella PAYE A GBP 23.00 : A GBP 25.50 per hour. Employment Type: Contract We are looking for a Carpenter to join a world:leading automotive company based in Gaydon on a contract basis. Are you a skilled Carpenter looking for a rewarding opportunity? Join our dynamic Estate Management team and play a vital role in ensuring our sites and facilities meet the needs of our business The Carpenters Key Responsibilities: * Ensure the safe and efficient performance of tasks within the Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People and Environment framework.* Undertake a variety of tasks beyond the core trade, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.* Maintain high standards of work in accordance with current industry standards and codes of practice.* Complete tasks as part of the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system or routine/planned works.* Provide support to other facilities within a reasonable distance as required. The Carpenters Requirements: * Completion of a Time Served Apprenticeship, City and Guild Level 3, or equivalent NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry.* Previous experience in a similar maintenance role.* Proficiency in using woodworking machinery and hand tools.* Ability to accurately identify materials and quantities needed to complete tasks.* Basic computer literacy.* Possession of a clean full driving license is essential.
