Please find below further details with regards to this position.ROLE: Prosecutions LawyerLOCATION: South LondonRATE: £50.00 to £60.00 per hour umbrellaCONTRACT: Initial 3 months with potential for extensionPlease note that this role would be a hybrid working position. The Role of the Prosecutions Lawyer To assist the Senior Prosecutions Lawyer in progressing full caseloads of Prosecutions work to completionThe caseload will be a mixture of Criminal Litigation work including licensing mattersTo attend court when required to do so The Person A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 2 years’ PQERecent experience of working in a similar position within a local government or public sector environment would be requiredExperience of dealing with the Licensing Act 2003 would be essential for this role The Benefits Flexible working arrangementsWeekly payroll opportunities If this Prosecutions Lawyer role sounds like an opportunity of interest, please feel free to reach out to Lloyd Stanley on 01772 XXXXXX, or email XXXX@servicecare.org.uk.
