Please find below further details with regards this position.ROLE: Commercial Contracts LawyerLOCATION: North WestRATE: £20.00 to £55.00 per hourCONTRACT: Initial 3-6 months ongoingPlease note this role is open to hybrid and fully remote applicantsThe RoleA Commercial Contracts Lawyer with procurement/contracts specialism below is some of the deliverables its to work particularly on a waste contract. To advise on the procurement process and assist with writing the invitation to tender.To advise on the most appropriate form of contractTo review the specification and write the contract.To advise on the responses to clarifications asked during tender process.To assist with the award and conclusion of contract in readiness for signing.
