Our client, a worldwide freight forwarding service provider, is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join their team as a Graduate Operations Co:ordinator. The Job:As the Graduate Operations Co:ordinator... * You will receive excellent training to enable you to support the Operations team in coordinating the day to day Sea Freight imports and European road Freight shipments.* Youll be given guidance to allow you to become proficient in client liaison both written (email) and verbal (telephone).* Learn how to negotiate and liaise with external suppliers* Liaise with the internal sales team, assisting with quotations and service status information.* Assist in the completion of necessary export and import customs clearance.* Raise job files and all of the appropriate paperwork.* Invoice jobs on completion.* Requirements:* Ambitious, entrepreneurial outlook with a great sense of customer service* Commercial acumen* Negotiating skills to maximise gross profit.* Strong organisational and administration skills.* Good IT Skills Benefits: Excellent training and career progression opportunityEstablished business, financially secure with entrepreneurial leadersContributory Pension Contact Jane at Westin Par to find out more about this fantastic opportunity.
