The company s looking for a Service/Care Manager to join their Care Home in Leicester. Role Requirements * Minimum 5 years experience in care sector at management level* Level 5 in Leadership and management* Strong CQC and QAF knowledge* Experience in setting up new services* Proficient liaising with outside professionals* A motivated manager with excellent communication skills* Committed to providing high standards of care.* Experience in both residential and supported living services.* Computer skills : competent in using Microsoft Word and the internet They require an ambitious manager with a wealth of experience in Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Disorder, Complex Behaviours, and Dementia.
