PENSIONS SOLICITOR, UP TO 4 YEARS' PQE, GREATER MANCHESTER. Full:service Top 100 law firm also recognised as a leading law firm by the Legal 500 and Chambers 2024, JOB REF: 5959 JOB TITLE: Pensions SolicitorEXPERIENCE: up to 4 + years' PQELOCATION: Greater Manchester/ HybridSALARY: on application -You will be part of a team that offers comprehensive pensions law advice to a diverse client base, including private individuals, employers, and pension scheme trustees. -This includes handling scheme mergers, solvent restructuring, buy:ins and buyouts, addressing pension issues during corporate transactions, and managing member complaints and grievances. -The Pensions Solicitor will undertake drafting, interpreting, and advising on pension scheme documents, offer guidance on pensions legislation, assist the Pensions Partner, and participate in business development efforts to support the departments growth. -Applications are open to qualified Solicitors with up to 4 years' PQE and experience working in a similar role. -Hybrid working is available for this role, with the option to work remotely for one day per week. - contact Lauren Harris at eNL on 850 or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
