The resort is currently seeking a Front Desk Manager who will oversee guest services, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all visitors. This role demands a commitment to excellence and a passion for hospitality in a unique and breathtaking settingResponsibilities:Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient and smooth guest check-in/check-out processesManage and train front desk staff, fostering a high level of customer service and professionalismAddress and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly, maintaining high levels of guest satisfactionCoordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests and needs are met seamlesslyMonitor and manage front desk budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectivenessKey Requirements:3+ years experience as a Front Desk Manager or in a similar hospitality role, preferably in a luxury resort setting3-4 years Caribbean experience is a mustExceptional leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues effectivelyProficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office SuiteIf you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Danny todayCOREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
