Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of skilled chefs. Craft menus showcasing surrey's freshest and finest ingredients, sourced daily from local suppliers. Oversee the culinary offerings in multiple dining areas: A vibrant bar and lounge serving artisan coffee, lounge food by day, and inventive cocktails by night . A relaxed yet elegant restaurant setting offering modern British cuisine, fine dining without the formality, featuring a well-chosen wine list and AA Rosette quality dishes . In-Room Dining, Provide an exquisite dining experience for guests preferring to dine in the comfort of their room . Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes. Manage kitchen operations including budgeting, inventory, and supplier relationships. Uphold and enhance the establishments reputation for culinary excellence. Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef in a quality a la carte dining environment where you have managed a Small team of chefs Hands on, love cooking and will always be seen on the pass A passion for European and British cuisine and an understanding of current culinary trends. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Creativity in menu development and presentation. Strong organizational and management skills.
