Manage culinary operations across several dining settings: A lively bar and lounge that serves specialty coffee and snacks during the day and transforms into a vibrant spot for creative cocktails by evening. A sophisticated yet informal restaurant known for its modern British fare and a curated wine selection In-Room Dining services that cater to guests preferring the privacy of their accommodations. Guarantee the highest standards in both taste and presentation of all dishes. Oversee kitchen management, including budgeting, inventory control, and maintaining supplier relations.
