McPhee Staffing is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Trainee Client Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team! In this exciting part-time, work-from-home role, you'll play a key role in connecting with businesses and showcasing the exceptional recruitment solutions we offer. What You'll Do: Be the first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships through phone calls and outreach. Proactively approach potential customers, highlighting the benefits of our services and understanding their recruitment needs. Clearly explain McPhee Staffing's comprehensive offerings and how we can help them find top talent. Schedule meetings with clients to discuss their requirements in detail.
