Main Responsibilities: Our Drivers provide critical transport services to vulnerable children in our community. Your daily responsibilities include: Availability between 6.30am 10am and 2pm 5.30pm (this will be more precise to the weekly hours advertised, when your rote has been allocated). Working closely with your Passenger Assistant as a team following a pre-defined route of vulnerable children requiring home to school transport services Safeguarding your passengers at all times when in your care Observing the road safety signs and ensuring the vehicle is compliant with the RTA regulations at all times Benefits of Working with Kinect: Full training provided Paid Holiday & Pension Scheme Ongoing accredited training/support Paid supervisions and company meetings Ongoing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Dedicated support from your branch management team Excellent career progression and development opportunities Paid Private Hire Licencing process, including assessments and medicals Periodic Training to maintain your D1 licence is paid by the company, at 1 course per year Maintaining professionalism and good communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
