Warehouse Operatives Wanted In LUTTERWORTH Logistics People are looking for Production Operatives/Factory Operatives/Factory Worker/Line Operative/Production Team Member/General Production Operative to join our team. Location: Lutterworth, Hawke Way Working Hours: * Monday : Friday 06:00 : 14:00 Fixed Shifts Available* Monday : Friday 14:00 : 22:00 Fixed Shifts Available Pay rate: A GBP 11.92 P/hr Position: Production Operative Logistics People are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our team in Lutterworth, based at our IPS site. As a Production Operative for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to: * Packing orders in preparation for shipping.* Working as a team on a Production Line.* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including sweeping and disposing of debris.* Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail.* Handling mostly light weight product* Assisting with other duties as assigned by Line Leaders.* Participating in any required training sessions to enhance job knowledge and skills. Our ideal candidate: * Able to work as a part of a team and be self:managed when necessary.* Able to comply with Health and Safety policies on site.* Ability to work accurately and methodically.* Good communication skills.* Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
