I am recruiting for an Assistant Manager to work in a local authority run children’s home, 4 bed for young people with EBD based in Epsom. You will support the Registered Manager in the day to day running, ensure the home is compliant with Ofsted, safeguarding and quality standards, supervising and managing the staff, appraisals risk assessments and care plans.
