Joining the department, you will be dealing with a varied caseload of corporate law matters including company repurchases of shares, EMI schemes, business contracts, business start-ups/partnerships, and sales, acquisitions, and mergers.The firm is looking for a 2 -3 + years PQE solicitor with Corporate Law experience.
