You will be responsible for overseeing the customer service experience and oversee the department, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the customer service team. - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. - Handle customer complaints and queries. - Develop positive relationships with customers. - Monitor customer satisfaction levels. - Provide regular reports to senior management. - Conduct regular training sessions for the customer service team.
