Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join a busy market leading firm in their Northumberland office due to recent expansion following and influx of work.Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join a busy market leading firm in their Northumberland office due to recent expansion following and influx of work. Joining this hard-working team, you will be running your own caseload of diminution cases, salvage, and vehicle repossession cases. Working on behalf of the firm’s clients, you will be responding to pre issue disputes, issuing court proceedings, preparing court documents and witness statements, chasing insurers by telephone and in writing, negotiating settlements, instructing counsel, reviewing defences, attending interlocutory hearings, and setting up case plans. To be considered, you will have at least 3 years post qualifying experience as a Solicitor in Civil Litigation or the road traffic sector. Other experience will be considered from those with a credit hire or personal injury background. You will have excellent attention to detail and the drive to deliver a high-quality service.
