Within this Commercial Solicitor role, you will be joining a nationally recognised team with a focus on primary care providers and in particular general practitioners. Within this role, your day-to-day duties may include: Preparing and reviewing Partnership documentation for medical and dental practitionersProviding general advice to primary care networking and working on Partnership mergersProvide NHS Contract adviceDeveloping internal and external relationshipsAssisting with Business Development Initiatives The successful candidate for this role will ideally have 0-3 years’ PQE within Commercial law, is able to work well under pressure, is driven and ambitious with their long-term career goals. If you are an NQ, you will ideally have completed at least a 6 month seat within Commercial law or have prior Commercial Paralegal experience.
