Service Care are looking for a Clinical Review PractitionerService Care are looking for a Clinical Review Practitioner Band 6, to work a temp ongoing agency contract in Coventry NHS. Pay £27 Ltd an hour paid via an umbrellaResponsibilities To undertake a programme of assessments in collaboration with other members of multi-professional teams where required. This will involve completion of the Reviewing Assessment document and potentially other clinical tools for example from the risk management or safeguarding toolkits. To present the assessment to the clinical scrutiny panel and expand your plan, whether for repatriation or continued placement and justify the proposed care pathway. You will need to provide evidence of recovery focussed planning and an accurate understanding of current needs and level of risk and how these will be managed Skills Excellent communication skills both non-verbal and verbalGood organisational and time management skillsAbility to liaise effectively with statutory and voluntary services as well as provider organisations/placementsThis post requires the post holder to frequently travel to various locations within the Trust and nationally Benefits Approved supplier to over 400 organisations nationwideSubsidised training / FREE mandatory trainingDedicated and experienced one-to-one consultant supportLoyalty reward schemeFree DBSFour-day payroll If you are interested in this role, please send your CV to XXXX@servicecare.org.uk.
