Customer Service Advisor- Mobile Devices

Description:
You will play a key role in providing exceptional support and guidance to our customers. Working at customer sites across the UK, you will set up and configure customer devices and provide guidance. Bringing an interest in technology and strong customer service skills, you will ensure continued high level of customer satisfaction and aid understanding of our full portfolio of products.This is a 12 month fixed term contract and requires regular travel across the UK. What you'll do: Provide guidance to customers on new software and ensure high levels of customer service Perform factory resets on customer devices Install new software onto customer devices and ensure connectivity and perform basic troubleshooting Maintain accurate records of support activities and issue resolution What you'll bring: Prior experience in a Customer facing role is essential. Understanding and experience of mobile devices, for example smart phones and tablets Ability to troubleshoot basic software issues Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical processes to non-technical audiences effectively Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others A full driving license and car are essential for this role as extensive travel will be required What we offer: We are an official great to place to work!
