Position Summary: The Sourcing Compliance and Reporting manager is responsible for process ownership across the Dundee sourcing team, ensuring that processes are created, developed, optimised, contracts in place, metrics, data and monthly reports (scorecards and a like) are created maintained and delivered and our legal obligations are measured, recorded and tracked (conflict minerals, ethical trading, etc).Encompassing a wide spectrum of strategic sourcing areas the position is very much hands on from providing day to day tactical support within the team and cross functionally. The role is best described as the 'air traffic control' of sourcing. From contracts to scorecards to CI pipelines to legal compliance to accountable 'drive', the role is a key and critical part of the team. The role will cover accountability and responsibility for the strategic sourcing compliance and reporting strategy (short, medium and long term) leading and creating winning internal relationships and processes that enable simple, robust and efficient solutions engaging with all stakeholders, internally and externally.
