THE CANDIDATE:The successful candidate will have 8+ years' PQE and be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills. You should be confident managing a team, handling a caseload, and working to deadlines in a dynamic and proactive manner. Prior experience in trust disputes under TOLATA, advising high net worth clients, and dealing with child arrangements and maintenance issues is essential.
