AdministratorAdministratorJob DescriptionWorcestershire County Council are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Special Educational Needs Team. Your duties will include: Undertaking administrative duties to support the SEND Casework TeamMonitoring and maintaining in the information database, supporting the Caseworkers to meet deadlines, and maintaining strong relationships with parents/carers, educational settings and other professionalsOverseeing the administrative process of the annual review systemResponding to online and telephone queries from parents/carers, educational settings, WCF staff and other professionalsSupporting formal and recurrent meetings, booking meeting rooms, preparing the agenda, relevant documentation and minute taking where required RequirementsThe ideal candidate for this role should have: Experience of working in an administrative roleNVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualificationEnglish and Maths GCSEAn understanding of parental and provider perspectives in relation to children and young people with SEND How to ApplyIf you are interested in this Administrator role, please submit your CV
