The teamwork from a strengths-based approach utilising models such as Signs of Safety and Reunification Framework to guide practice and meet the needs of children, young people and their families.You will be responsible for ensuring an excellent standard of work practice exists within the teams, and to develop the knowledge of research, practice developments, new initiatives, and procedures and to utilise these in supervision and when planning for children. About the roleYou will need a degree in Social Work, with significant experience in Child Protection, Children in Need, Looked After Children, or a background in Children Front-line services. Also previous experience in managing a team of social workers would be ideal.What’s on offer Salary up to £48,474Generous annual leave starting at 27 days.Training and career development opportunitiesHybrid working opportunities.
