The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a large kitchen teams and executing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, be a strong leader with clear communication and be eager to develop themselves within the company. Responsibilities: Help manage and lead a team of line cooks and prep cooks, ensuring that all kitchen staff are trained and operating at the highest level. Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
