The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large kitchen teams and executing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, be a strong leader with clear communication and be eager to develop themselves within the company. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement seasonal menus that reflect the restaurant's culinary vision and style. Manage and lead a team of sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks, ensuring that all kitchen staff are trained and operating at the highest level.
