The role Corndel is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead a team of two Campaign Marketing Managers in the development and execution of persona-led marketing campaigns. This pivotal role involves direct line management of campaign marketing managers, overseeing the planning, execution, and measurement of all persona-led initiatives, and driving brand engagement across multiple channels. Responsibilities include: Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement persona-led campaign strategies aligned with organisational objectives and target audience preferences. Content Creation: Write and create compelling marketing content, including reports, whitepapers, toolkits, and event materials, to drive brand awareness and engagement. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of two Campaign Marketing Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of persona-led campaigns, from ideation and planning to implementation and optimisation, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals. Reporting and Measurement: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of persona-led campaigns on a monthly basis, leveraging insights to optimise future initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Agency Management: Brief and manage design agencies to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality marketing collateral that resonates with target personas. Brand Engagement: Lead efforts to create top-of-the-funnel brand engagement through innovative marketing strategies, tactics, and initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Business Development and Sales Enablment to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts. Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximise ROI and achieve key performance indicators. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform campaign strategies and maintain a competitive edge. About you: Degree in Marketing or related field. Proven experience in a marketing role, with a focus on campaign management and team leadership. Demonstrated success in developing and executing persona-led marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving innovation in marketing. Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals. Experience in the education or professional services industry is a plus. Why join Corndel?
