HGV Driver : Class 1 C+E Location: Whitfield, Dover, Kent Salary: A GBP 37,500 : A GBP 42,000 /year + potential to earn more with overtime Hours: Mon to Fri with Saturdays and Sundays as paid overtime About the Company From humble beginnings in 2000, the Company has grown to become the road cargo transport and logistics solution of choice for many forwarding companies and suppliers alike looking for a reliable carrier. Their headquarters are based in Dover, UK. This perfectly positions them for shipping, allowing them to make the best use of their equipment: 14 drivers and 6 office staff are employed full:time at the Dover depot. The company have an exciting opportunity for an HGV Class 1 C+E Driver to join the team. The Role The company requires a UK / European driver for tautliner work. Must have completed DCPC and hold a valid passport. * All loads must be secured and on occasion, drivers will be required to assist with loading/unloading.* There will be nights out. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays as overtime.* ADR licence would be beneficial but not essential. Benefits: * Modern fleet with driver dedicated vehicles.* Weekly pay and holiday pay.* Workplace pension.* Immediate start available.* Full holiday pay, 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.* Uniform supplied after 3 months.
