Review, investigation, and analysis of technical, contractual, and commercial issues arising from Supplier contracts. Coordinate Unit team to ensure successful delivery of servicesOur client is a well known multi disciplinary design consultancy with offices all over the UK.The multidisciplinary team was established – based in Glasgow- as the Performance Audit Group PAG to carry out detailed audit and monitoring activities of operations and maintenance contractors for the Scottish Trunk Road Network.This unit also manages the Design-Build-Finance-Operate contract for the M8/M73/M74 along with the Traffic Scotland Operations and Infrastructure Services Contract.The role: Review, investigation, and analysis of technical, contractual, and commercial issues arising from Supplier contracts.Coordinate Unit team to ensure successful delivery of servicesReview MTCE, System Auditor and Site Technician deliverablesEnsure quality of reporting and communication, internally and externallyWork with team to produce the monthly programmes and ensure content and focus is correct identifying schemes/cyclic activities to be monitored/audited and reported onDiscuss with team individual Unit performance, establish patterns, identify areas of concern and potential mitigations, address any ad-hoc issuesPrepare Monthly Reports ensuring qualityContribute to Annual ReportWinter and Incident Response ReportsAttend OC programming meeting, include commentary in MPR on quality of OC planning and programming.Attend Progress MeetingAttend Pre Progress meeting Catch up with OCAttend Design Meetings with OCOC procedure/plan reviewsReview OC performance in relation to the Employers Risk Register with respect to how they mitigate the Employer’s risks What you need to succeed: Chartered Civil Engineer or equivalentExtensive experience of auditing, monitoring, investigation and analysis of technical, contractual, and commercial issues relevant to the construction, management and maintenance of a roads networkDemonstrable knowledge of auditing, monitoring, investigation and analysis of technical and commercial issues relevant to the construction, management and maintenance of a roads network
