Head of Corporate Sales Competitive Socialising Salary: A GBP 70,000+ Location; London Role * To work with the Ops Director to develop the corporate sales strategy for the company.* To deliver the Sales Strategy and to implement said strategy to the highest possible standard.* Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on personal and Sales Team KPIs. * Developing and maintaining good working relationships with your venue team to support the business KPIs.* To grow and maximise pre:booked sales where required through proactive outreach; including (but not limited to); outreach B2C telephone marketing, corporate B2B telephone marketing and email marketing.* To train, mentor and manage the Sales Team, working on inbound and outbound enquiries via telephone, email and the relevant systems.* To be innovative and proactive at creating and implementing new ways of growing and maximising pre:booked sales and imbedding them within the team.* To ensure smooth running of all third:party accounts and supporting the team with Account Management.* Proactive selling and upselling to prospective and confirmed bookings.
