We are currently looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Community Team.We are currently looking for an Adult’s Social Worker to join a Community Team.This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience. About youThe successful candidate will be a professional well versed in adult safeguarding proceedings. A degree within Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW with a minimum of three years experience working in an Adult’s Social Work setting are essential for this position. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle is preferred for this role but not essential. About the teamThis team specialises in supporting vulnerable adults within the community to improve their wellbeing and quality of life. Implementing care plans and packages, completing necessary safeguarding assessments and MCA’s are all key responsibilities. This team works with a wide variety of service users with a multitude of needs.
