Fuel System Design Engineer
Description:
Mechanical Engineering, CAD, valve, SolidWorks, Pro Engineer, PTC Creo, Fluid, PropulsionMechanical or Aeronautical Engineer required to design pressurised gas and fluid fuel delivery systems, including electro-mechanical valves. Responsibilities include crafting assembly procedures, generating design documents using CAD and finite element analysis, and ensuring a commitment to safety in on-site activities. Key Requirements: Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering 2:1 standard.Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in the aerospace, nuclear, automotive or similar industry.Proven CAD experience: structural analysis skills advantageous.Familiarity with fluid system test rig design, instrumentation, and LabView is a plus.Knowledge of aerospace or space product design, manufacture, and testing.Familiarity with mechanical hardware and test equipment.
