You can expect to be part of a thriving professional team which strives to maintain impeccable standards, with a core focus on the use of their ingredients.Sous Chef benefits:Innovative and frequently changing menu’s using foraged produce.Mainly daytime shifts – more of a lunch operation.1 double shift per week.48 hours per week.Strong management team.£42,400 per annum.50 off when dining for up to 4 covers.Free meals whilst on duty.Uniform provided.Sous Chef requirements:A passionate and career driven sous chef who is looking for a new role where they can work with the best produce and couple that with a “great Work Life Balance”The successful Sous Chef will be hands on, approachable and most importantly will have a stable employment history.Ideally, the Sous Chef will need to live on the west side of London or surrounding areas to ensure the commute is not problematic.The successful Sous Chef must have a calm and hands on approach to leading the team.
