CIVIL LITIGATION SOLICITORS, 3 YEARS' + PQE, KENT, SALARY UP TO GBP 55,000 DOE.Join a busy regional firm who are looking for a Civil Litigation Solicitor with 3:6 years' PQE and a senior Civil Litigation Associate with 6 years' or more PQE. These are permanent, full:time roles with an option to work remotely 1 or 2 days/ week. Job ref: THE ROLEThe role involves dealing with a broad range of civil litigation matters including:- professional negligence;- breach of privacy and data protection rights; - property disputes; - contentious probate; and- employment disputes. THE CANDIDATESuccessful candidates will:- have a thorough understanding of the CPR and its application;- have experience of running fast track and multi:track cases to trial;- be capable of managing a full and varied caseload; and- be proactive and organised and have excellent time management skills.
