Role * Providing leadership to the Food and Beverage team, setting clear goals and motivating them to achieve outstanding results.* Ensuring new team members receive engaging induction and training plans for success.* Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve departmental and organizational objectives, including budgeting and resource allocation.* Recruiting, training, and mentoring team members to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.* Continuously assessing departmental performance and implementing improvements to drive sales and exceed profit targets.* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure guest satisfaction.* Ensuring all departmental activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.* Providing regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.
