Triage Nurse - UCCOpportunity available for a Registered General Nurse to work within a Triage Team, Based in West Midlands The team sits within an UCC setting with the role predominantly responsible for assessing patients and determining their level of need for medical assistance. As part of this role you will evaluate a patient include the type of injury or illness, its severity, symptoms, patient explanation of emergency, and vital signs.
