Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a government body, located in Bristol, which is in need of a skilled Commercial Lawyer to join their team.Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a government body, located in Bristol, which is in need of a skilled Commercial Lawyer to join their team.ROLE: Commercial Lawyer LOCATION: Bristol – hybrid workingCONTRACT: 6 monthsRATE: £270per day Responsibilities: Conduct both contentious and non-contentious workWork in procurement law and advise on contractual litigation and contractual disputesAdvise on contractual interpretation, data protection and Freedom of Information requestsPrepare and advise on grants and funding agreements, Collaboration Agreements and Memorandum of Understandings Requirements: Qualified Lawyer with experience in public law, contract law, procurement, grants and fundingAbility to advise on contractual interpretation, data protection and Freedom of Information requestsExperience in preparing and advising on grants and funding agreements, Collaboration Agreements and Memorandum of UnderstandingsAbility to advise on contractual litigation and contractual disputesExperience in managing a range of valued claims including Small Claims and Multi-Track high value disputes Benefits of the Planning Lawyer role Remote workingFlexible hoursWeekly payments If you or someone that you know would be interested in applying to the Commercial Lawyer role, then don't hesitate to get in touch with Hugh Barnes via email, XXXX@servicecare.org.uk, or via phone at 0177XXXXXX.
