NIGHTS MANAGER McPhee Staffing is recruiting for a Nights Manager role on behalf of a prestigious 3AA Resort in Burton on Trent. Do you thrive on making people feel welcome and ensure they have a memorable experience? This is the perfect opportunity for a passionate individual to join our Front of Office department and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift. Your Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all hotel operations during your shift. Conduct regular inspections of all areas, including front office, housekeeping, public spaces, and food & beverage outlets. Welcome and assist VIP guests. Handle guest complaints and escalate serious issues to management. Ensure adherence to all front office policies and procedures. Possess strong knowledge of front office systems, backup procedures, and system recovery. Manage the night audit function, including monitoring wake-up calls and facilitating check-in/check-out processes. We're looking for someone with: A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to make guests feel at home. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to upholding high standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
