Friendly office team, overtime paid at a premium and with genuine progression opportunities. This position would be perfect for anyone looking to develop their career. Key Responsibilities of the customer service advisor: Deliver exceptional customer service to clientsDeal with customer issues promptly and effectively.Assist clients with inquiries, account management, and issue resolutionMaintain precise and current client recordsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfactionRegularly update records for accuracy and completeness Customer service advisor Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pmEvery other Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Customer Service advisor Remuneration: Starting hourly rate - £12 upwards dependant on experienceFull-time, permanent after 12 week probationary period Customer service advisor Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field would be a distinct advantageExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in utilizing computer systems and software applicationsStrong attention to detail, coupled with good organisational abilitiesCapability to work independently and collaboratively within a team The customer service advisor role is easily commutable from Baildon, Shipley, Saltaire, Guiseley and Bingley.If you are interested in the customer service advisor opportunity, please click "Apply" or contact Conor at E3 recruitment on 01484 645 269
