About the team:In this role, you will support and Safeguarding Adults with Disabilities to ensure their safety and well-being are met in the community.We are looking for a Senior Social Worker to join a Learning Disabilities Team. You will aim to help the individual become as independent as possible by carrying out assessments under the Care Act 2014. About youYou must have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in working within Adult Services. Previous experience within Learning Disabilities, Safeguarding, Transitions, Mental Health and Older People Teams would be beneficial. You must also have a degree within Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW.
