You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers This service is a private hospital with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare for self pay/insured and NHS patients. The private hospital treatments include full diagnostic and endoscopy procedures, weight loss surgery, orthopaedic surgery including spinal treatment, physiotherapy and cosmetic surgery To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin As the Ward Manager your key responsibilities include: Lead, manage and nurture the teamDeliver highest quality clinical outcomesSuggest and deliver changes and improvementsProviding patient centred care across a range of specialitiesPromote best practice The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Ability to deliver high standards of patient carePrevious clinical supervisory experience and background as a Ward NurseExperience of managing rosters and staffing desirableEnthusiasm and a can do attitudeFlexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the businessA good working knowledge and compliance with CQC StandardsThe ability to make decisions and use your initiativeStrong communication skillsPassion to deliver excellent care in a busy and challenging environment The successful Ward Manager will receive an excellent salary of £45,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week.
