You will be responsible for your own varied caseload of matters to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity and remortgages. -Applications are opened to qualified Solicitors with 2 to 3 years' PQE and experience managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from inception to conclusion. -You will ensure that matters are handled appropriately by liaising with clients, external agencies, and other legal professionals. -The firm offer hybrid working arrangements, with one day a week worked remotely and the rest worked from the firms' Manchester office. - contact Lauren on 850 07 or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
