A hybrid role may be considered after a settling:in period. Face:to:face client meetings are required. THE HEAD OF MARKETING JOB: : Design and support the implementation of client marketing strategies. : Work with the account managers to deliver effective ROI for clients. : Oversee and manage the internal marketing strategy. : Support business development by designing and being involved in client pitches. : Stay ahead of marketing trends and support the internal team with knowledge transfer. SKILLS and EXPERIENCE: : Extensive experience in marketing : Experience in a lead marketing role. : Expertise in digital marketing strategies and trends. : Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship:building skills. : Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data in decision:making. : Organisational and time management skills. SALARY and BENEFITS YOU'LL RECEIVE AS HEAD OF MARKETING: : GBP 40,000 : GBP 60,000, dependent on experience. : 31 days of holidays, including public holidays. : Pension. : Regular company socials.
