Talent Chief is delighted to be working alongside an exciting new technology recruitment agency, that prioritise their business on the software, data and cloud markets within the sector, specifically in EuropeThey have an office space near central London and are about to take their business to the next level. With a directorship combining over 20 years within the recruitment industry, they are looking for like-minded individuals who want to reap the rewards of the sector, which in itself is bouncing back massively in 2024.Anybody who feels they're not getting the financial rewards through bonuses and commission where they are currently, read on further. What do they want? The company is currently in the market for a couple of experienced recruitment consultants to join their business and help grow the European Market within either Software, Cloud or Data. They would preferably like someone who has done their chosen markets before, or as close a variation of it.They have the right setup for someone who wants to take a giant leap in their career, along with experiencing the rewards that our sector can offer if successful. This can be either within permanent or contract placements. What is the job? You'll join the company and work closely with the other recruitment professionals by mapping the market, winning new clients and listening to hiring requirements through thorough screening as to understand their needs, as well as completing thorough searches for the appropriate industry professionals.You will screen candidates that you speak to to test suitability and have regular lines of communication with the hiring managers to amend wants and needs where necessary. You will handle the candidate process from initial screening up to the offer stage, as well as check in with them periodically to make sure they're happy.You will also get the opportunity for progression upon hitting certain milestones, as this is calculated on performance rather than availability. So, what skills do I need? Previous experience in 360 recruitment within an agency Strong background/understanding in IT/Technology Recruitment Ability to work within a team, as well as unsupervised A strong network presence pre-existing Strong written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving ability Great organisational skills A team player Computer-literate What's in it for me?
