You will be based in the Caerphilly area conducting EICR's on domestic properties.Our longstanding client in Caerphilly are looking to add a Maintenance Electrician to their team. You will be based in the Caerphilly area conducting EICR's on domestic properties. This is an excellent opportunity for long term, permanent work. Hours: 37 Hours a week Days: Monday – Friday Rate: £30,784 per yearResponsibilities include: You will be responsible for general maintenance and improvements to domestic and void properties. Undertake electrical testing and installations associated with repairs, maintenance and refurbishment, and ensure all building work undertaken is completed to an acceptable industry standard.Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements Ensure that repairs and maintenance improvement works are undertaken in a considerate manner within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs. Candidate Requirements: 18th EditionInspection and Testing City and Guilds 2391 or equivalentExperience in similar rolesFull UK Driving License
